Holiday Let Connect · West Devon
Broadband your guests won’t complain about
Fully managed connectivity for holiday lets across Devon and Cornwall. The router arrives configured for your property. Plug it in, and your guests connect. If it stops working, we already know — and you don’t get the phone call.
The problem
A holiday let isn’t a house with different wallpaper
Domestic broadband is sold on the assumption that someone lives there. Nothing about that assumption holds for a let.
Nobody there to reboot it
Every consumer contract assumes a person on site who can power-cycle the router. We monitor the line from Okehampton and act on it before the review gets written.
New guests every Friday
One guest network, one printed password, no route to your own devices or files. Configured once and then left alone for years.
Rural means rural
Two-foot stone walls, hundred-foot barn conversions, no fibre in the village. We size the kit to the building, not to a postcode lookup.
Plans · hardware included
Four tiers, priced by how hard your property is
Every plan includes the router, guest Wi-Fi setup, remote monitoring and unlimited support. Twelve-month term, paid monthly by Direct Debit.

How it works
Three steps, and then you stop thinking about it
Send us the postcode
We check what’s genuinely available at the property, not what the national database claims. No charge, no obligation.
We order and configure
The line goes in under our account. The router is set up here in Okehampton with your guest network already on it.
Plug it in and forget it
We watch the connection from here. If it drops we already know, and we deal with the provider on your behalf.
You, the van, or an install
Who you’re dealing with
We’re twenty minutes from most of these properties
iTechmonster has been doing IT across West Devon since 2008, from an office on West Street in Okehampton. We aren’t a call centre that has heard of Dartmoor — we’ve stood on these roofs with a signal meter.
That matters when something breaks on a Saturday in August with a full house in the property.
Before you ask
Questions we get every week
Can I keep my existing broadband line?
Usually, yes. If the line is in and working we can take over management of it and supply the hardware and monitoring on a reduced monthly. Send us the current provider and account details and we’ll tell you either way.
What happens if it goes down mid-stay?
We see the outage before your guest reports it. Most faults are resolved remotely the same day. If hardware has failed, a replacement goes out for next-day delivery and we talk the guest through swapping it.
Can guests see my own devices?
No. The guest network is separated from any owner network on the same connection, so smart locks, cameras and your own storage stay private.
Do you cover more than one property?
Yes. If you run several lets we bill them on one account and manage them from one dashboard. Ask about multi-property pricing.
Where do you cover?
Devon and Cornwall, from our office on West Street in Okehampton. Properties further afield are handled case by case — the service is remote, so distance is rarely the obstacle.
Next step
Tell us the postcode
We’ll come back with what’s actually available at the property and which tier makes sense. Usually within a working day.
