How failover works
A small router sits alongside your broadband. If your line goes down, it moves your internet onto a mobile data connection in seconds, without anyone pressing a button. Available for businesses anywhere in the UK.
We check your signal
Mobile signal across Dartmoor and rural Devon varies a lot. We check the Vodafone signal at your address, and test on site, before you sign anything.
We fit the router
We install the backup router next to your existing broadband and set it up for you. Every package includes the kit, set-up and monitoring.
It switches over by itself
If your line drops, you move to 4G or 5G automatically. When the line comes back, it switches back, and we get an alert so we know what has happened.

Is 5G available here?
5G is mainly in and around towns. Backup Pro uses 5G where it’s available and 4G everywhere else.
Is the data really unlimited?
Yes. Every package includes unlimited data on a Vodafone business SIM, subject to the network’s fair use policy, so there’s no data allowance to watch during an outage.
