Refund and Returns Policy

This policy covers goods you buy online from iTechmonster LTD. It follows the UK consumer cancellation period for online orders.

14-day return window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to return it. After that, please get in touch and we will still try to help where we can.

How to return an item

Please contact us before you send anything back, so we can arrange the return with you. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund you to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving it.

Faulty or damaged goods

If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away. We will repair, replace or refund it, in line with your consumer rights.
